Our head chef, Hubert Hinterberger jun. personally ensures that only the best in local produce appears on the table in our gourmet hotel at the Wolfgangsee. He loves fresh and creative cuisine, and together with his team in the kitchens, conjures up both traditional Austrian dishes and new, imaginative, delicious creations.
The genuine pleasure to be had from local produce is something that we at the Hotel Wolfgangsee view as very important: fresh herbs from our own herb garden, game dishes from Hubert Hinterberger senior’s own hunting ground, and fine fish from the lakes of the Salzkammergut region.
