Our head chef Hubert Hinterberger jun. personally ensures that only the best in local produce appears on the table in our hotel at the Wolfgangsee. As part of your breakfast accomodation you can start your day with a rich breakfast buffet that leaves nothing to be desired - from hearty regional specialties such as venison sausage, mountain cheese and bacon to vitamin-rich smoothies.

The genuine pleasure to be had from local produce is something that we at the Hotel Wolfgangsee view as very important: fresh herbs from our own herb garden, game dishes from Hubert Hinterberger senior’s own hunting ground, and fine fish from the lakes of the Salzkammergut region.
The local Alpine pastures supply the special herbs for our dishes, and natural herbs come from our own herb garden.
